The former shop at Partridge Way is now a Community Room Facility for use by the local community to provide a focal point for residents and local businesses to enjoy activities, obtain information and foster a good community spirit.
The Main Room is a large space of approximately 1000 square feet to do with what you wish! It also has toilet and kitchen facilities with wheelchair access. Whether you want to sit down for a large formal meeting, move the tables aside for some line dancing or even fill it with toys for childrens playtime. The possibilities with this space are endless...
The committee have recently sealed planning permission for the upstairs of the building to be used as further community space, this fantastic news now means there are a futher four rooms upstairs, along with a large kitchen, and two more toilet facillities.
With Wi-Fi thoughout the building, tea and coffee facilitites availbale both upstairs and downstairs and the community room now fully re-furbished there are so many parties the Community Room can now cater for.
